WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?

At Only With Love, our team of night owls is working around the clock to ensure that you have the best experience possible.  If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase - please reach out to us at returns@onlywithlove.org so that we can make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

For customers within the contiguous United States, you will receive a FREE printable pre-paid return shipping label as well as instructions on how and when to send your package back to us.  Customers outside of the contiguous United States will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Refunds are for merchandise values only and the credit will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt to the original form of payment.  

 

IF I SUBMIT A RETURN, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DONATION?

All returns are accepted within the 30-day time frame noted above.  At the close of each 30-day period, we determine final sales and the associated portion of those sales that will be sent to the charitable organizations we partner with.  This is to ensure that these contributions can be made accurately because once these life-changing donations are made, we are proud to say that they are final.
